Nursing the Future (NTF) is an organization dedicated to nurturing the leadership potential of new nursing graduates as they transition into the workplace. To help facilitate this transition, through education and learning, we are seeking support through our various sponsorship levels.
The WINN-NTF Conference provides a forum for managers, educators, mentors, preceptors, faculty, human resources, new graduates, students, government, professional associations and unions to share knowledge, experiences and strategies that promote successful integration of new nurses in the practical setting. We are excited to offer our Canadian colleagues an opportunity to network with each other to talk about and share solutions to the many complex workplace and resource retention issues we face in this country.
Our National Conference is set for November 30 – December 1 – 2, 2011 at the Westin Nova Scotian Hotel in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
